Scrubs:

JD is introduced to Kim, an urologist, who even though has been in the hospital for five years is invisible to JD as she wears a wedding ring. Of course JD falls for her when he finds out she’s divorced but loses respect for her after she doesn’t treat a patient because it will look bad on her surgery stats.

Elliot is also having relationship troubles as she wants to dump Keith because everyone walks all over him at the hospital. Also Carla’s hormones are all over the place as she’s pregnant and when she hears about Elliot breaking up with Keith her emotions get the better of her.

As for the Janitor, he is up to his usual tricks. After stealing JD’s video camera he moves onto Dr Kelso. He offers to pick money up from his house for him but when he returns wearing an awfully expensive looking coat, there’s questions asked.
