Scrubs:

A new coffee place has opened up in the hospital to Dr Cox’s disliking and Kim decides she wants a new job.

Elliot’s patient is a private practice doctor, Dr Turner, and her skills as a doctor are put to the test. Janitor gets a job in the coffee shop after finding out he can get free dental care and to spite Kelso who denied it to him.

Turk is paranoid about how he is going to support his new family and makes back-street money by treating people outside the hospital. JD follows Turk's lead yet his conscious gets the better of him especially when he finds out he has misdiagnosed the Candyfloss Man when he gets rushed to hospital.

Elliot accepts the offer from her patient to joins his private practice. JD reassures Turk that he has nothing to worry about when it comes to his family. The Janitor gets his old job back and his dental care package. Kim tells JD she has a new job - in Washington.
