Scrubs:

When Elliot's engagement ring doesn't fit, Keith agrees to a 'redo' in which the particular Doctor plans her own engagement. Carla, Jordan and Elliot's sorority sister Melody gather to help plan the 'surprise'. When they learn of the engagement each member of hospital staff has a fantasy about being married to Elliot.

Meanwhile, the men of Sacred Heart are suffering from too much talk and not enough action. JD continually gets shot down by Melody, Turk and Carla have not been intimate since their baby was born and Dr. Kelso's internet is down, resulting in a lot of cold showers. In the end JD realises that he might still have feelings for Elliot and his own particulat fantasy involving Elliot shows them involved in a happy, devoted relationship.
