Scrubs:

As Elliot begins to plan her wedding to Keith, JD continues to question his true feelings for her. In an attempt to ease his best friend's mind, Turk takes him to a surgeon's convention in Phoenix, but the plan backfires when JD runs into his ex-girlfriend Kim and comes face to face with the unexpected. He discovers that Kim lied about having a miscarriage and is still carrying his child. She begs him to hear her side of the story, but JD refuses to listen.

Cox talks to Elliot about the upcoming marriage and whther she really loves Keith or just wants to get hitched. Meanwhile, Kelso and his cronies party it up at the convention while unbeknown to him the Janitor takes on the role of Chief of Medicine back at Sacred Heart. When the traveling party return to the hospital there are some unexpected questions asked and some unexpected guests arriving.
