JD doesn’t want Kim to go to Washington as she’s off for four months, so decides to be the best boyfriend ever so she never wants to leave him. Dr Kelso ignores Elliot for being disloyal, so Elliot tries to break his silence with a rendition of 'Lollipop'.

JD’s patient has heart failure, yet it's a mystery why, as she has no symptoms. To JD's dismay a grief consoler intervenes with his patient and Elliot is angry with Turk but he doesn't know why.

Another mystery emerges as an intern informs Dr Cox and Turk that he heard someone crying in the 'new family' corner. In search of finding out who is upset, Turk checks on the women next to Carla, only to find an orange man.
