JD’s lost his girlfriend, his house and now he’s losing his consciousness. After breaking up with Kim he’s now living in a tent and the only doctor on call when he goes for his check-up is Dr Cox.
To make matters worse he’s diagnosed with vasovagel syncope, a condition that results in him fainting whenever he goes to toilet, which is particularly unlucky if you use your neighbour’s bathroom when they’re not around…
Turk’s not having it any easier. He’s got a bad case of the sulkies after Dr Kelso replaces him in surgery with Milos, one of his interns who has already qualified as a surgeon in his war-torn country but is having to re-qualify at Sacred Heart, and doing it better than Turk.
The only bright spot in JD’s world is the fact his friends are there to help him put his life back together, but he doesn’t realise Carla, Turk and Elliot actually take turns to pander to his needy ways. However after Ted and Todd tape JD to the canteen ceiling, he sees just how annoying he is and vows to change his ways.
