Scrubs:

Kim has moves into JD's apartment so that they can raise their child while Elliot continues to plan her wedding to Keith. Meanwhile, members of Janitor's 'brain trust', try to help Keith to become a better potential husband.

JD learns some vital lessons about fatherhood and Dr. Cox's daughter, Jennifer Dylan, is baptized. But as JD and Elliot make big changes in their lives with their two respective relationships, they begin to wonder whether they should really be with each other.

JD and Elliot try to comfort each other as they are each questioning their commitments. They talk about their past relationship and their anxiety about the future, especially since both of them seemed to have crossed 'points of no return', in their respective relationships. They realise that to escape would require 'something huge'. A montage of romantic moments involving the other Sacred Heart staff members leads Elliot and JD to the point of kissing each other - but did they or didn't they?
