Scrubs:

JD is persuaded to go and visit Kim at her hospital in Washington, after Dr Cox said he can’t miss her first ultra-sound. JD gets the gang together and treats the visit to Washington as a road trip in Dr Kelso's mobile home.

Back at the hospital Carla has left Turk holding the baby as she goes on the road trip. After finding out his baby is in danger and needs to be operated on in the womb, Dr Cox makes Turk go in the operating room for him as family members aren't allowed.

As for the road trip, it doesn’t go smoothly and ends up with the gang wearing kimonos and the Janitor, Carla and Ted being injured. This leads to certain problems for Kim and JD’s relationship.
