Scrubs:

J.D. and Turk must try to treat Kelso's friend Maggie despite her lack of insurance. To distract him, J.D. and Turk offer to take him to a spa - but a series of bizarre incidents, Ted destroys the Hospital's generator. While seeing if the hospital has the money to buy a new one, Kelso is shocked at the amount of money spent on scrubs.

He finds that almost everyone is stealing them. After no one admits to stealing anything, Kelso forces everyone to change the colour of their scrubs to dirt brown.

Kelso then discovers that Maggie has still not been treated and reveals that he knows uninsured people are treated at the hospital and is angry that no one has helped her. The staff want their old scrubs back before they will bend the rules for him, so he reluctantly returns them.

Elsewhere, the Janitor blackmails Carla into borrowing Isabella with some mistaken dog guilt. But Carla wrangles it so the Janitor gets nothing, while JD and Turk get an unexpected surprise. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox tries to convince Elliot that a reformed drug addict isn't quite clean.
