Dr. Cox gets a visit from one of his recurring patients. This patient is a little different since Dr. Cox cannot seem to diagnose his problem. JD and Turk see this as an opportunity to show up Dr. Cox and set out to find exactly what is hindering him. They take his urine sample and accidently leave it out in the sun, which results in them discovering his problem.
Meanwhile, after Elliott spilled the beans on exactly how old Dr. Kelso really is, she teams up with Carla to try and convince the board to not force him into retirement. Ted, on discovering the news about Kelso, dances through the hospital and straight in front of The Janitor's van, causing him to bite off part of his tongue. Dr. Kelso troubled by the news finds a young doctor and reflects on his time at the hospital. Will Elliott and Carla be able to convince the board to keep Dr. Kelso?
