Scrubs:

After she has a nightmare about JD and Turk killing her which is in English rather than Spanish, Carla worries that she is losing her identity and as a result her daughter will not know her Latin heritage. Turk doesn’t know how to assure his wife that their child will know about her lineage.

Meanwhile, JD angers the staff when they realise that he uses nicknames because he doesn’t know their real names. The Janitor challenges him to identify everyone in the hospital, if he can’t JD must take up the mop for a day. Elsewhere, in a case of lost identity Dr. Cox realises that he is lonely without his wife and children. To get over his loneliness he comes into the hospital on his day off and helps JD in his quest to learn everybody's name.
