Scrubs:

Dr. Kelso signs Sacred Heart up for RateYourDoctor.org, a website where patients can evaluate and score their doctors, in hopes that is will lead to better patient care. However while in pursuit of the number one spot Turk and Dr. Cox play dirty to take JD out of the running, by convincing patients that other people are in fact JD. JD can't believe that Turk would stoop to such 'cox-like' ways just to get ahead. Turk lets JD win at basketball to get back at him.

Meanwhile, Elliot struggles with ethics when one of her terminal patients reveals that she intentionally overdosed on medication. She's torn about telling the patient's nurse about her desire to die, and so turns to JD for advice. Elsewhere, Carla can’t figure out what the Janitor’s new girlfriend could possibly see in him.
