Scrubs:

JD and the other interns are now residents at Sacred Heart. In this year we meet JD's older brother Dan while financial problems affect JD, Elliot, and Turk. Turk proposes to Carla as their relationship enters a more serious stage. Elliot finds love herself in the shape of a nurse named Paul Flowers, which is difficult for JD to deal with. Dr. Cox starts to see his ex-wife Jordan (not that one) once again, despite to revelations made at the end of the previous year, which has some unexpected consequences.

During this year, the residents have to face running the hospital on their own as no senior doctors are available. The whole hospital tries to exploit Dr Cox’s good mood after he resumes marital relations with his ex-wife. While JD takes an almost fetishtic pleasure in wearing his doctor’s white coat, Carla feels bad about being ‘just a nurse’.

We also get to see the gift-shop girl, a hot pharmaceutical representative, alleged bestiality, a man in a gorilla suit, toilet paper theft, Dick van Dyke and Jay Leno.
