Temper Trap Sweet Disposition.
![]()
This song plays as Emily starts the day wandering around the house, giving the postman an eyeful. I'm not the biggest fan of this tune but it does suit the scene well...
Tiny Masters of Today - Skeleton Key.![]()
This one comes in as Naomi and Emily rag it about town on their 'ped being all happy. The Tiny Masters of Today are a really young two piece from the USA. They're brother and sister as well - definitely a bit of a novelty, but a tune's a tune.
6 Day Riot - Sky Father.![]()
This lot also featured in Episode 1. This song is very Emily and it follows her and Naomi to sixth form. 6 Day Riot make nice, girly music which is very easy to like (and the singer is fit).
Segal - Whitecap Widow 1
This is the first piece from Segal in this episode and it increases the tension beautifully.
The Hundred In the Hands - Dressed In Dresden.![]()
This is my favourite song of the episode; you only get to hear the intro, which is a shame but perfect for the scene. I suggest you check this tune out and give it a real listen - it's ace. It's a proper, poppy tune with some heavy, subtle bass. These guys are good live as well so check them out if you get the chance.
Max Richter - Organum ![]()
Loving this song by this left-field composer. This track is used as Emily wonders around Sophia's room and gets confronted by her brother.
John & Jehn - Fear, Fear, Fear. ![]()
Paranoia is at an all time high in Emily's head as she wonders through the market with this tune playing...
Andrew Davie - No More Flowers.
Effy's back and decides to let Freddy know as this song is playing. This is a solo piece from Andrew Davie out of a band called Cherbourg, who are good as well. The song used here is the demo version of No More Flowers, as the slightly lower production value worked a lot better with the pace of the scene. Go check out the mastered version; it's not changed a whole lot and is still as lovely.
Segal - Whitecap Widow 2
As Emily confronts Naomi on the football pitch, Segal's tune plays over the top.
Max Richter - Organum ![]()
This tune comes in a second time when they start finding weird shit in Sophia's locker, which heightens the eeriness of the situation.
Marchsfield Band - Our Director.
We had this recorded for the show, as Emily and Naomi decide to have a sexy cuddle in the back room.
Segal - Whitecap Widow 3
Segal has a big part to play in this episode: the different variations of the Whitecap Widow keeps the tension building.
Segal - Stereo Panic.
Top tune from Segal as we enter the party. Segal may release this at some point; I hope he does because it's a proper tune...
Segal - Jang Fett's Cross Dressing Extravaganza
There are two separate tracks in this scene which are both Segal's mixes. Both should be released I reckon, even if the name is Jang Fett's Cross Dressing Extravagnza.
Segal - Whitecap Widow 4
As Emily's in the empty club this track begins.
Segal - Whitecap Widow 5
This song brings the emotion to a silly level.
Dinosaur Jr - Said The People.![]()
Said The People is off Dinosaur Jr's new album. We've definitely earned this tune at this point in the episode. It follows Emily on the way back to Naomi's house and plays us out - a big tune for an important scene...
