  Season 9 Has'nt even started in the uk oh and i got an email from C4 Saying, Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding SMALLVILLE. The ninth series of this programme will be broadcast sometime in the new year on E4.

  I must praise kelly souders and brian peterson who produce the series ,after gough and millar left i thought the show lacked direction in season 8 however season 9 i have to say is very watchable,and i am actually starting to like erica d's lois .
