Smallville :

After Lionel is shot and wounded, Jonathan, who is found unconscious in his truck with a bottle of tequila and a gun in his hand, is arrested as the prime suspect. But Clark and Pete perform their own crime scene investigation and realize that more than one person had the opportunity and motive to harm Lionel including his son Lex.

Meanwhile, Lana becomes suspicious when her lawyer father, Henry mysteriously refuses her request to defend Jonathan.
