Smallville :

During a Valentine's Day party, Lois applies lipstick made from red Kryptonite, she becomes overwhelmed with desire for Clark and makes her move. When the two share a kiss, the red kryptonite transfers to Clark and eliminates his inhibitions.

Clark then bursts into Lex and Lana's wedding dinner and kidnaps the bride-to-be. Chloe and Martha quickly realize the truth and grab some green kryponite to neutralize the affects. Before they can, the fight with Lex causes Lana to grow more suspicious about Clark's secret.
