Smallville :

After Lex discovers that Chloe's mother, Moira (played by guest star Lynda Carter - TV's Wonder Woman), has the power to control meteor freaks, he develops a drug to wake her from her catatonic state in an asylum.

He then threatens to kill Chloe unless Moira uses her power to help him. Clark helps Chloe break into the asylum to rescue Moira and finally get to know her mother. She is able to see her daughter again, but without Lex's drugs she slips back into catatonia. Meanwhile Lana learns the truth about her pregnancy.
